Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TRACED mobile app, operated by Thomas Baudry Consulting, Paris, France (“we”, “us”). By using TRACED you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

TRACED lets you import your workouts from Strava and turn them into ready made stickers you can share. You choose the sticker, its colour and its typeface. The stickers, colours and typefaces on offer form a living collection that changes all the time (see section 3).

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country and at least 13.

3. TRACED Premium

TRACED is free to use. TRACED Premium is an optional, auto-renewable monthly subscription that adds more stickers, more colours and more typefaces. Everything that is free stays free.

• A living collection. Premium opens the stickers, colours and typefaces the app marks as Premium at that moment. That collection changes all the time: we add new ones as we make them, we release drops for events, and we remove ones at any time to keep the collection current. That constant renewal is what the subscription is for, so what the app shows when you subscribe is the collection of that day, not a fixed list. Two things do not change: Premium always holds more stickers, more colours and more typefaces than the free selection, and the stickers you have already copied or saved are yours and are not affected when one leaves the collection. If you do not like where the collection is going, cancel at any time, as described below, and keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
• Price. The price is shown in your local currency in the app and in the store before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Free trial. When a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid monthly subscription at the price shown when it ends, unless you cancel before then. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Renewal. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. On the App Store, it renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. On Google Play, the renewal is charged at the start of each billing period, and you can cancel at any time before it.
• Cancelling. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting your TRACED account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are handled by them under their own policies. This does not affect any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
• Price changes. If the price changes, the store tells you in advance, as its rules require, and asks for your consent where the law or the store requires it.

When you get TRACED from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, alongside these terms.

4. Strava and other third parties

Connecting Strava is optional and subject to Strava’s own terms. TRACED is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Strava; “Powered by Strava” marks indicate interoperability only. We are not responsible for third-party services (Strava, Apple, Google, the app stores) or for their availability or accuracy. Third-party service providers, including Strava, provide their services “as is” and disclaim all warranties, express or implied (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement), and are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of TRACED.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the activities you bring to TRACED and to the stickers you create with it. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them so the app can work for you (for example, rendering and exporting your stickers).

6. Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the service, break the law, or infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data.
• Don’t use another athlete’s Strava data without their permission.

7. Cancellation & deletion

You can stop using TRACED at any time and delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete account. See our Privacy Policy for what deletion removes. A TRACED Premium subscription is cancelled in the store, not by deleting your account (see section 3).

8. Disclaimers & liability

TRACED is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
