Delete your account

TRACED

You can delete your TRACED account and all of the data associated with it at any time. You do not need to contact anyone to do it. The app does it for you, immediately.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open TRACED and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@get-traced.app from the address you signed in with (Apple or Google), with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account and confirm, within 30 days at the latest.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and sign-in identity.
• Your Strava connection and the encrypted access tokens.
• All imported activities.
• The technical record of every sticker you exported.

Deleting your account also revokes TRACED’s access to your Strava account. Stickers you already saved to your photo library stay on your device; they are yours. Nothing is retained beyond what the law requires.
